This course offers the students the basic in identifying, preventing, and controlling crisis situations, as well as, in conducting successful negotiations, in the operation of the enterprise in the area or in its areas of action. For a better understanding of the course, several case studies are presented and analyzed.
Upon successful completion of the course, students will be able to :
- Identify a Crisis
- Understand the impact of crises on the community, on the organization, and on its stakeholders.
- Demonstrate methods of diagnosing and resolving crisis situations.<\li>
- Develop a knowledge of traditional and contemporary theories of negotiation and conflict resolution
- Describe methods used to analyze conflict situations and design a resolution plan
