Short Description:

This course analyzes theories of organizing human relations and decision making in working environments as well as the interrelationships between management and employees. Learning different forms of business communication is a key objective of the course which also focuses on how communication could operate and impact participatory management as well as and how business and other meetings and councils should be approached.

In the course learning of basic patterns of speech usage is gradually achieved, with an emphasis on writing, so that students are gradually prepared for their career.

Upon successful completion of the course students will be able to:

  • Write and compose official documents, circulars and service reports.
  • Understand business group communication, i.e. problems and broader prospects of intra-business communication.
  • Understand the aspects of motivation, evaluation and training in the context of human resources, in theory and practice.
  • Know the key aspects on electronic media of modern intra-business processes and the multilevel development of communication.
