Short Description:
Within this course, students will learn the basic principles of networks: PAN (Personal Area Networks), HAN (Home Area Networks), LAN (Local Area Networks), MAN (Metropolitan Area Networks). In addition, analyzed the satellite networks on which the most popular mobile applications (LBS – Location Based Services). Finally, special emphasis is given to understand on the one hand the Internet technologies and on the other hand to analyze the transition from Internet of Things and finally the Internet of Things.
The lab addresses the following topics:
- Basic programming principles (Scratch)
- Basic programming languages (HTML, CSS, JS)
- Basic principles of databases (MySQL)
Upon successful completion of the course, students will be able to know:
- Basic Principles of Computer Networking (PAN, HAN, LAN, MAN, Satellite)
- Internet basic principles of operation
- Programming language implementation ((Scratch, HTML, JS)
