Short Description:

The aim of the course is for students to understand the practical and theoretical approaches of business and organization management. Key theories of business organization in the modern economic and social environment are presented. The administrative and organizational practices and administrative skills required in a modern workplace are analyzed, as well as, the theoretical approaches regarding problem solving in the business environment.

The module highlights the importance of human resource management in the modern environment of businesses and organizations.
In the course, students are involved in creating a business plan, applying the theory in practice.

Upon successful completion of the course students will be able to:

  • Analyze and evaluate businesses and organizations.
  • Get to know administrative and organizational theories and apply the corresponding practices.
  • Plan, implement and analyze the results of a business plan.
