Objectives - Learning Results:

After completing the course, students will be able to:

  • they know about the Internet and the World Wide Web and communication networks,
  • know basic internet technologies,
  • know what it is and be able to choose technologies for servers,
  • understand Internet\World Wide Web architectures,
  • describe the protocols used on the Internet,
  • choose the appropriate technology for the development of web applications and websites,
  • understand what internet security is.
Syllabus:

The aim of the course is to deepen the basic concepts and basic technologies used to implement applications on the Internet. Communication protocols and architectures, web services, and web design issues are introduced. Technologies taught in the course are:

  • HTML
  • CSS
  • JavaScript
  • PHP
Grading and Evaluation Methods:
  1. Bibliographic research paper
  2. Implementation assignment (project creation)
