  • They know how to use new technologies such as virtual and augmented reality for e-commerce
Syllabus:

The teaching of the e-Commerce course concerns the trade in the provision of goods and services carried out remotely by electronic means. As an object of research and study, e-commerce includes all the online processes of communication, development, promotion, sale, delivery, service and payment for products and services. The purpose of the course is to explore and understand the principles of e-commerce, its impact on society and the design and development of online stores. Finally, the creation and development of a theoretical base as well as tools that facilitate decision-making and help stakeholders in their actions. The course provides an overview of the basic tools of e-commerce and includes the analysis of case studies. Finally, the students undertake work in which they create and manage their own online store.
